OCDIT · 99 VenturePilot Data Notice
This notice covers the OCDIT technical test for 99 Venture.
Data Used in the Test
The test processes the sender’s WhatsApp phone number, display name, message text, delivery status, staff identity and conversation activity. Use fictional enquiries; do not send real customer records or sensitive information.
Where Messages Go
WhatsApp messages pass through Meta’s Cloud API to the pilot server and the designated Microsoft Teams channel. Replies explicitly sent by the assigned staff member return through Meta. Internal notes remain in the pilot store and Teams.
Access and Deletion
Access is limited to the configured pilot staff and administrators. Messages and activity are retained in the pilot database and Teams history. Automatic deletion is not implemented. Contact the person who invited you to the pilot for access or deletion requests; deletion must be handled across the server, Teams and any backups.
Meta, Microsoft and the hosting services process data under their own applicable terms. This is a test notice, not the production service’s privacy policy.
